N2 - The present study is devoted to the assessment of hydrogeological conditions in the field of discharge of the water-bearing horizon. The study is carried out on the territory of the Burnakovo Lowland tank farm, Nizhny Novgorod, and the adjacent areas. These areas are potentially adverse areas with disturbed surface runoff conditions. Within these anthropogenically modified areas of megacities, there is pollution due to additional infiltration nutrition. In this case, it is possible to form a layer of liquid oil products on the surface of the water-bearing horizon and subsequent migration of pollutants within the catchment areas of rivers and water bodies.
