N2 - The work is devoted to the methodological features of conducting studies of the geological structure of the coastal water area by the method of continuous aquatic sensing using seismoacoustic data under conditions of high salinity of sea water and a significant amount of tidal fluctuations of the water level. The studies were carried out in the Sea of Okhotsk in order to obtain engineering and geological information for designing a channel to the seaport. 2D data inversion, carried out with regard to seismoacoustic studies of the water area, made it possible to increase the reliability of constructing geoelectric sections and maps.
