N2 - Kinetics of atomic ion recombination with joint regard of excited atom collisions with electrons and neutrals in considered on the basis of modified diffusion approximation. Correspondence of discrete and differential record for flux by excited states is analyzed at transition to energy quasi continuous variation. Recombination factor is determined to be found with satisfactory accuracy in diffusion approximation, summarizing respective coefficients of diffusion and dynamic friction. Coefficient of three-piece recombination is calculated with joint regard to elastic and dipole-dipole mechanisms of neutral interaction with bound electrons. In this case, the latter mechanism is considered more correctly, than earlier. It is pointed out, that this mechanism is important starting from ionization level equal to 10-7.
