The magnetic phase transition in Fe₆₅Ni₃₅ alloy was investigated by means of SANS and neutron depolarization methods. The temperature hysteresis of polarization of transmitted neutron beam near T_C has been studied. No time relaxation phenomena of the magnetic properties system on the transition have been observed for 13 h. A more appropriate explanation of the obtained data can be given by means of an appearance of correlated magnetic finite-size inhomogeneities.
