N2 - The realization of the functions of the nervous system in humans, especially the higher functions of the brain, requires a special degree of stabüity of the internal enviroimient of the brain. At rest and in the brain, and in the kidneys, which are of key importance in homeostasis, about 20% of the minute volume of blood arrives. Vasopressin is involved in the regulation of water and ion transport in the kidney, this hormone determines different forms of behavior. The article focuses on the problem of integrity in its physiological comprehension. Simllar levels of the functional organization of the brain and kidneys are singled out, and the question of how the hitegration of molecular, cellular systems provides a new quality-the integrity of the organism is reflected in psychology, creativity.
