public-private partnership;compares the legislation of the Russian Federation
and a number of CIS countries in terms of securing the settlement
of disputes out of relations of public-private partnership; examines
the dispute resolution mechanism enshrined in partnership contracts;
studies the judicial practice of the Russian Federation on the issues of
recognition and enforcement of decisions of foreign jurisdictional authorities relating to disputes arising out of relations of public-private
partnerships.
