N2 - A method is suggested for evaluating the screening effect of reflected particles during erosion of conical bodies in a gas suspension flow. Experimental data are given on erosion rate of D-16 aluminum alloy in a gas flow with corundum particles as a function of a particle's angle of attack, speed, and size.
