N2 - A system comprising a coaxial cable and a generalized consumer is considered. Based on modified telegraph equations in frequency domain, the expression for equivalent conductivity of the system with frequency dependence is investigated. For mentioned frequency dependence Padé approximant for arbitrary range of frequencies is established which is employed to create block in Simulink/SimPowerSystems.
