N2 - In this paper the problem of program control of an object whose motion is described by system of ordinary differential equations, is considered. The original problem is reduced to the problem of unconstrained minimization of a non-smooth functional. Necessary minimum conditions for it in terms of hypodifferential are found. A class of problems, for which these conditions are also sufficient, is distinguished. On the basis of these conditions the hypodifferential descent method is applied to the described problem. Application of the method is illustrated by numerical examples.
