N2 - Abstract: Current regulatory documents prescribe determination of the mobile forms of elements by direct analysis of soil extracts using inductively coupled plasma optical emission spectrometry. However, various matrix interferences may occur during the analysis. Experimentally, the absence of the influence of the extraction solution concentration on the analytical signal was shown. Direct analysis of the extracts revealed underestimation of the results, which can be eliminated by digestion or dilution of the extract; the latter option offers more rapid analysis capabilities. The accuracy was evaluated by the added-found method. The approach proposed allows simultaneously determining the content of a set of elements in soils at and below the MPC level.
