Without performing a complete analogy between laboratory experiments and natural processes, it is likely to assume that the mineral substrates have a significant impact on the transformation of litter, especially during early stages of overgrowing of disturbed areas, and during the forest floor formation on the parent materials poor of R2O3.This phenomenon may play in nature important role prolonging the oligotrophic stage of boreal forests and affecting their productivity and stability.
