A two-phase system is an object of the study that consists of water droplet (or droplets) immersed in a low-conducting liquid. An action of a strong electric field is responsible for the emergence of dissociation-recombination charged layers as well as electrohydrodynamic flow. The effect of the latter is studied here in a case when mobility of ions in the low-conducting liquid are different. Results are shown to be dependent on the value of the dimensionless parameter that determines the structure of the space charge distribution. The water droplet becomes charged and an additional electric force affects its motion as well as it is in the case of two droplets that are placed at a small distance from each other.
