The principal possibility of long-time orbital life in near-Earth space (NES) of particles about some hundredths of a micron in size, injected into the NES at altitudes of about several thousand kilometers was demonstrated. The factor resulting in a durable confinement of microparticles (MP) in NES was in the given case the MP motion under the disturbing effect of the Lorentz force arising owing to the Earth's magnetic field. At greater values of the MP radius, the effect of MP 'capture' by the Earth's magnetic field disappears due to essential growth of the relative role of the disturbing solar pressure effect on the dynamics of MP motion in NES. The charging currents included in the equation of MP charging in NES were also described.
