A method is proposed for the electrophoretic determination of adrenaline, noradrenaline, and dopamine with mass-spectrometric or UV detection. A procedure is proposed for the sample preparation of biological fluids with the use of solid-phase extraction on alumina. A comparative assessment of the determination of catecholamines by capillary electrophoresis and reversed-phase high-performance liquid chromatography was performed.
