The results of detailed photometric studies of the peculiar galaxy UGV 10205 are presented. The observed surface-brightness distribution and rotation curve are investigated in the framework of a two-component model with a bulge acid disk. The overall photometric and kinematic characteristics are consistent with those of a normal giant early-type (S0/aSa) galaxy. The main peculiarities of the galaxy (the presence of a weak asymmetric envelope and strongly noncircular gas motions in the nuclear region) are explained using a numerical model in which an early stage is observed in the capture and tidal disruption of a small type E/S0 companion by the massive central galaxy.
