For the minimax l(1) approach to the problem of controlling the continuous-time dynamic object in nonregular bounded noise, a new technique. of designing the suboptimal controller which defines the piecewise constant control strategy minimizing the extreme deviation of the object's output from the given trajectory was proposed. The paper was concluded by an example of the suboptimal controller for the nonminimal-phase object with control instability of the second order.
