N2 - The problem of the interaction of youth subcultures is studied. The mathematical model of the development of a group view of the outgroup is constructed, and the following two approaches to the control of the emotional and evaluating perception of the outgroup are proposed: informational (cognitive programs) and dialogical (meetings at a television studio). As a control tool, we use the figurative explanations of statements concerning the outgroup and self-explanations of "oddities" of behavior. Risk functions are introduced, and the following two optimization procedures are constructed: that of broadcasting time and that of the number of television meetings.
