N2 - Decay times of pulsed cathodoluminescence (PCL) of Lu2SiO5 (LSO) and Lu1.8Y0.2SiO5 (LYSO) crystals are compared with decay times of luminescence of similar crystals, occurring upon exposure to gamma-radiation. It is found that decay times of PCL and gamma-luminescence of corresponding crystals are identical within experimental error.
