N2 - The values of bond energies in glass forming oxide systems may be used as energetic parameters in various statistical thermodynamic models. The main goal of the present study is to consider the application of Sanderson's semi-empirical method for calculating the values of bond energies in glass forming oxide systems such as Cs2O-B2O3, Rb2O-B2O3, BaO-TiO2-SiO2 and CaO-TiO2-SiO2. The results are compared with data obtained by the high temperature mass spectrometric method.
