N2 - The main disadvantage of paleoclimate reconstruction in Siberia is shortage of absolute data. Data on key section of Kazantsovian horizon have been considered. It has been shown that hotter climate was in the past. Rocks in the section have been considered. Regularities in variations of climate and rocks have been described. It has been shown that Sambucus racemosa under modern conditions is absent. Carex paucifloroides has been described. Sparganium microcarpum, Najas marina, Lemna trisulca, Calla palustris have been detected. Development of plants has been described. Time of Bedoba section formation has been determined.
