The averaged boundary conditions are obtained for a flat grid of parallel conductors, located in a hot nonrelativistic plasma. The interaction of a plane transverse wave with the grid is examined. It is shown that penetration of the wave beyond the grid is caused both by its electromagnetic nonideal state and also its permeability for particles of the medium.
