Nonperturbative Floquet study of electron angular distributions (AD) after two-photon detachment of H- negative ion was presented. Results indicated that for laser field intensities up to 6.5×1011 W/cm2, AD exhibited only interference of s and d partial waves in the final state of photoelectron. The shape of AD did not change as the intensity increased from zero to approximately 1×1011 W/cm2.
