N2 - The article presents data on the primary disability due to cerebrovascular disease in elderly patients based on the results of the survey in the Bureau of Medical and Social Expertise of Saint-Petersburg from 2005 to 2014. The analysis showed a reduction in the indicators of primary disability due to cerebrovascular disease and the increase in the share of persons with disabilities of the first and third groups in its structure.
