Allogenic transplantation is a one of the most effective treatments in patients with oncohematological diseases. Bone marrow and peripheral stem cells is the primary graft source for transplantation, though the use of peripheral blood and umbilical cord blood grafts is increasing. Using of umbilical cord blood grafts is treatment of choice in patients with highly aggressive resistant non-Hodgkin's lymphomas in a case of no HLA matching donor exists.
