N2 - New applicability conditions for adaptive nonlinear observer are developed, which provide partial observation of uncertain nonlinear affine plant with estimation of unknown parameters. Applicability of the proposed results to time-varying chaotic systems is demonstrated by examples of brusselator and Duffing systems. Computer simulation results are presented.
