abstract = "The Present Subjunctive forms are considered within the holistic approach to the language as a human{\textquoteright}s cognitive activity aimed to adapt them to the environment at the moment of speech. Such an approach to the language puts a special emphasis on speech context and peculiarities of human{\textquoteright}s perception. The author shows that this form represents the opposition of the speaker{\textquoteright}s conceptual knowledge and the observer{\textquoteright}s phenomenological knowledge which leads to the detachment of a human{\textquoteright}s consciousness from the process of speaking in the moment of speech and makes the utterance subjunctive.
