Исследованы верхушки деревьев Betula litwinowii и B. pendula на виргинильной возрастной стадии в естественных местообитаниях в районе Главного Кавказского хребта для первого вида и таежной зоны для второго вида. Показано влияние комплекса условий в местах произрастания особей на строение побегов разных порядков верхней части кроны, а также развитие B. litwinowii на фракциях каменистых осыпей.

Tops of trees Betula litwinowii and B are investigated. pendula on virgine an age stage in natural habitats around the Main Caucasian ridge for the first kind and a taiga zone for the second species. Influence of a complex of conditions in places of growth of individuals on a structure of shoots of different usages of the top part of a crone, and also development B. litwinowii on fractions of stony taluses is shown.
