В статье устанавливаются время и обстоятельства работы Татищева над изВестнем о проекте «доброго порядка» Галицко-волынского князя Романа Мстиславича. На основании кодикологическо-го анализа Академической рукописи второй части «Истории Российской» опровергается гипотеза о позднем происхождении данного изВестня, сфальсифицированного будто бы самим Татищевым

The article deals with the establishment of the time and the circumstances of Tatichshev's research into the text of «good order» project by prince Roman Mstislavich of Galich and Volin. Drawing on the analysis of the Academic manuscript codices of the second part of «Russian history» the author refutes the hypothesis that this text was forged by Tatichshev.
