The following weighted satisfaction indicators were obtained: for the group of patients, it was 0.58; groups of local physicians 0.82; paramedical personnel 0.73; doctors of narrow specialties 0.84; managers 0.81. Conclusion. In the course of the work carried out, the level of satisfaction with the activities of state polyclinics of the Russian Federation serving the population of 18 years and older, five main groups of {"}participants in the process{"}: patients, general practitioners of district police officers, paramedics and nurses of district police officers, doctors of narrow specialties, heads of polyclinics; a generalized integral indicator was also calculated, reflecting overall satisfaction with polyclinics as a whole. The least satisfied group are patients of medical institutions, the most satisfied are doctors of narrow specialties.
