N2 - A recently developed and published specific analytical approach to the description of the processes of high-frequency electromagnetic waves propagation in the regular spherically-layered background ionosphere has been generalized to the case when the presence of medium-scale three-dimensional inclusions into the background ionosphere is also adopted.
