This study focuses on lexis containing national-cultural pragmatic components. At the same time it discusses the measure of selection of such words for learner's pragmatic dictionary. The major part of this vocabulary ranks to lexis that names artefacts, perceptions associated with intellectual culture of native speakers (moral and ethical values and traditional beliefs) as well as words with ideological pragmatic component.
