It is shown that heterostructures with perfect interface and small quantity of localized electronic states may be formed by way of the electrochemical modification of the solid solution cadmium-mercury-tellurium composition. Those structures may be used as photoele-ments and phototransformers with high photosensitivity in IR-spectral region.
