The temperature was measured rectally before the injection and after 20, 40, and 60 min. It was found that compound 33a at doses of 50, 100, and 150 mg/kg, as well as compound 33b at a dose of 60 mg/kg, were able to decrease body temperature in rats relative to the control group at the same time point. No such effects were detected with compound 9a. These data may indicate the presence of antipsychotic action of compounds 33a and 33b.",
