N2 - To solve the problem of treatment of casualties with combined craniofacial injuries is possible at all stages of observation and complex treatment with adequate cooperation and mutual understanding of experts of diff erent specialty. Relevance of the problem of a modern diagnostics and a qualifi ed care given to casualties with craniofacial injuries is defi ned by both a continuous increase in casualties with combined craniofacial trauma and errors of rescue emergency care and ambulatory care paramedics at the pre-hospital care stage of making diagnosis. All these factors result in hospitalization of casualties with combined craniofacial trauma to incidental hospitals.
