В статье анализируются подходы к определению понятий интеллектуального труда, инноваций и интеллектуальной собственности. Место и роль инновационного интеллектуального труда в системе современных экономических отношений определены с позиций потребительностоимостной теории. Обнаружено, что в Патентном законе РФ реализован нематериальный подход к пониманию интеллектуальной собственности. The author analyzes approaches to defining the notions of intellectual labour, innovations and intellectual property. The role of innovative intellectual labour in the system of modern economic relations is shown in terms of consumer-cost theory. It is discovered that in the Patent law of the Russian Federation intangible approach to understanding intellectual property is applied.
