abstract = "The article describes the socio-psychological characteristics of women actively manifesting themselves in the anti-feminist Internet communities. 85 members of the community were interviewed and 55 life stories of women in the large anti-feminist Internet community of Russia were analyzed. Methods of diagnostics of social and psychological adaptation of Rogers-diamond, the questionnaire {"}career Anchor{"}, the scale of measurement of optimism and activity, content analysis and the author's questionnaire were used. Data processing was carried out using the following mathematical and statistical methods: U-Mann-Whitney test, one-factor analysis of variance (ANOVA), correlation analysis using Spearman coefficient. Active participation in the Internet community is associated with the peculiarities of women's life, intrapersonal role conflict and a decrease in the overall professional motivation. Traditional gender perceptions and sterotyping remain important regulators of the social behavior of members of the studied community and can be considered as a positive factor of gender identity, femininity and special career motivation.",
