N2 - The paper deals with basic parameters of text corpora constructed for particular linguistic tasks. The data types of special texts are scored and described through the perspective of corpus peculiarity in the contrast to national or universal corpora. These basic parameters of the special corpus are as follows: (1) the quantitative specification depending on text topics, polarity, structure classes, etc; (2) the text homogeneity in relation to its length, authorship, authenticity, etc; (3) the corpus annotation in connection with potential data type specification; (4) the elaborated corpus software in respect to input and output texts flows.
