In article actual problems of working out and application of cause and effect models in strategic planning are examined. Classification of strategic ruptures of the first, second and third kinds in development of social and economic systems as their most dangerous phases is offered, the reasons of their occurrence are shown. It is proved, that the main reason of development ruptures are strategic errors in sphere of cause&effect models. New classification of cause&effect models of strategic planning is given. A number of the basic models is examined and on the generalized example of modernization of the company conceptual errors of typical model of cause&effect models (model Ishikawa) are considered. Typical errors of strategic planning are shown. Necessity of application of model of system interaction of causes&effects (results) is proved and a number of new principles of construction of logically consistent complex of causes&effects is formulated
