We conducted an empirical study to verify the descriptors that describe the professional context (professional biography). Professional context assessment questionnaire based on an analysis of published data was developed, containing 324 questions, then a study was conducted (N=301). After the cluster, factor and correlation analysis of the data 10 factors (scales) were allocated: two scales of professional success - “The success of a professional career”, “Satisfaction of the profession”, five scales of personal potential professional career - “Perseverance”, “Adaptability”, “Influence”, “Goal”, “Occupational mobility”, three scales of context: “Justice”, “Selection Correctness”, “Place of work as a factor of success”.
