N2 - A new mechanism is considered due to which the neutron electric dipole moment Dn arises in the Kobayashi-Maskawa model. This mechanism leads to the estimate Dn ∼ 2 × 10-32 e cm, by two orders of magnitude larger than the contributions considered previously.
