The publication of all powerful and strong VLF disturbances for the interval 1982 –
1988 years, when it was possible to fulfill continuous and synchronous measurements of the
phases and amplitudes in polar region of the radio signals at two radio passes, is finished. One
short radio pass was auroral. Another radio pass was long and partly auroral. The represented
variations for near 100 events are a solid proof of equatorial boundary existence in the cutoff effect
by the Earth magnetic field relative to the ultrarelativistic electron (∼100 Mev) precipitation into
the polar middle atmosphere.
