This report presents new results in theoretical investigations of non-equilibrium transport properties of air molecular neutral species. In previous reports [1, 2] we presented the transport properties of N2, O2 and CO2. The aim of the present report is the study of NO transport properties, taking into account thermal non-equilibrium and dissociation, in order to obtain the complete data for dissociating air molecular neutral species under both equilibrium and non-equilibrium conditions. The report contains the theoretical background, 34 figures and 60 tables for heat conductivity, viscosity and diffusion coefficients of NO at a wide range of gas temperatures (200K < T < 12000K), different conditions of vibrational non-equilibrium and various values of the degree of dissociation. The polynomial approximations for the transport coefficients are given as well as the estimation of their accuracy. Practical recommendations concerning the non-equilibrium effects and the choice of the parameters of interaction potentials are also presented in the report.
