The model for confidence re-distribution on restricted set of alternatives is designed on the basis of confidence balance principle. The response of the model to positive and negative disturbances is investigated. The result of calculation process is the alternative set decomposition, namely, acceptable and non- acceptable alternatives are distinguished. The algorithm for the solution of the problem is constructed by means of fuzzy set principles. The example is given.
