We analyze the basic doctrines and laws regulating cybersecurity policy of three Latin American countries (Venezuela, Mexico and Argentina), as well as their international legal initiatives. In addition, we represent the work of the UN in this field as a context for the initiatives of the Latin American countries on cybersecurity. We find the relationship between the domestic and international information security policy of these countries.
