The study examines current interpretation of the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) by Russian companies and the ways SDGs are incorporated into their corporate social performance. The research is based on content analysis of non-financial reports and on the empirical data from two continuing nation-wide research projects in the field of CSR as well as on series of interviews with selected companies. The conclusions are made considering SDGs interpretation, popularity, interconnection with corporate strategy, integration into business processes and obstacles to SDGs implementation.
