International management educational institutions appeared in Russia less than 20 years ago, but has made a considerable contribution to the training of managers both domestically and abroad, taking in the international rankings worthy places. What provides a fast rise: the evolution of educational standards existed in the Soviet, adoption of Western models or something new? This chapter describes the peculiarities of the Russian educational models, their evolution and integration into the business environment, as well as the existing "growing pains" that must be overcome in order to become strong players in the international market of educational services in the field of management.
