The article analyzes the network political leadership, describes the system of communicative capital transformation into the sociopolitical one. Based on contemporary researchers (Karlsson, Astren, Coleman, Volodenkov) and expert interviews, the authors determine the difference between the concepts of influencers, bloggers and network leaders, identify the features of network image and communication tools in the process of transforming the leader's communicative resources into political capital.
