The integrated description of the phenomenon of illusive conscientiousness is presented. The hypothesizes are proposed and mathematical model to verify them is constructed. The correspondence of mathematical model and empiric data obtained in analyses of cinematographic material, songs' texts of 20-30 years and examples of heroic Working activity and Stakhanov's movement is made. The abilities to control massive activity are discussed.
