The charged solid body (CSB) moving along the near-earth ring equatorial orbit, is considered. CSB rotational motion in respect to its centre of mass under the action of the gravitational force moment and the Lorentz force moment occurring during CSB motion in the Earth magnetic field (EMF) is studied. The influence of EMF non-uniformity on CSB dynamics is investigated under assumption that the Earth gravitational field is the Newtonian central one. The model of direct dipole is considered as the EMF model, the EMF daily rotation together with Earth is taken into account. The simple case, when the CSB inertia ellipsoid is a sphere, is discussed. The results can be spread for more general case, when the CSB inertia ellipsoid is the ellipsoid of revolution.
