The inductances of construction and stationarity of nonlinear Markov chain at finite Euclidian geometry are studied. The geometry is of the practical value in description of the Hardy-Wineberg law in genetics. The conception of redistribution is introduced as a structure dual to the distribution at finite Euclidian geometry.
